Bridging Wisdom and Youth: The Remarkable Journey of 16-Year-Old Educator Reet Kafle

Reet Kafle’s story proves that age is no barrier to achieving greatness. At just 16, Reet has already made a name for herself as a student, teacher, and global inspiration. She was a finalist for the Global Teen Hero-2020, received the Youth Initiate Award-2020, and won Eco Training’s Global Teacher Award. From a young age, Reet stood out as a brilliant student. But she didn’t stop there—her involvement in extracurricular activities and leadership roles made her a role model among her peers.

“I often helped my friends with their studies, which made me step into a teacher’s role. I loved it and knew I wanted to teach,” says Reet. This passion for teaching grew stronger over time.

After completing her Secondary Education Examination (SEE), her school offered her a teaching position. Reet eagerly accepted, but she knew she had to develop her teaching skills further. She learned how to teach younger children by understanding their needs and creating methods that worked best for them.

At first, some parents questioned whether someone so young could teach their children. However, Reet’s dedication, unique teaching style, and ability to connect with students quickly won their trust. Her students not only learned but also enjoyed the process, seeing her as both a mentor and a friend.

Reet’s teaching journey reached new heights when she joined the CGEEM program by the Chaudhary Group. This experience exposed her to advanced teaching methods and global learning opportunities. She participated in training sessions and online courses, expanding her knowledge and improving her skills.

Reet’s approach to teaching is what makes her stand out. She believes in creating a friendly environment where students feel comfortable and motivated. This connection helps her students learn better and see her as a guide, not just a teacher.
