Aamir Khan’s comeback film will be released on Christmas

Renowned Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is making a significant comeback to the cinematic stage. Sources from Bollywood Hungama have confirmed that his upcoming film is slated for release on Christmas Day in 2024.

Following the underwhelming performance of ‘Lal Singh Chadha’ at the box office, Aamir Khan decided to take a hiatus from acting. Recent reports indicate that his forthcoming project is titled ‘Locked’. Audiences can anticipate the unveiling of Aamir’s latest cinematic endeavor on December 20, 2024. Additionally, he is reported to be involved in other film ventures.

This particular film, the 16th production under Aamir Khan Productions, is currently in the pre-production phase. Principal photography is scheduled to commence in January 2024. Beyond this project, Aamir Khan is also set to helm the Hindi adaptation of the Spanish film ‘Champions’. Furthermore, he is taking the reins in producing remakes of ‘Jai Jai Jai Hai’, ‘Pritam Pyare’, ‘Lapta Ladies’, and ‘Love Today’.

Recent news reveals collaborative efforts between Aamir Khan and Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films, working together on a biopic of Ujwal Nikam. Additionally, a collaboration with Farhan Akhtar for ‘Champions’ is in the pipeline. However, it remains unclear which among the aforementioned films will feature Aamir Khan as an actor.
